Yerba Mate: Citrus Rose Maté Punch

A cold, fruity, yerba mate punch!

(serves 2 - 4)

 

Need:

3 Citrus Rose Maté tea bags

or 3 Tbsp loose leaf Citrus Rose yerba mate

2 cups orange juice

1 tbsp honey

4 cups ice in 1 litre pitcher

 

Preparation:

Heat orange juice to just below boiling.

Steep Citrus Rose tea in hot orange juice 10 minutes.

Remove tea bags / strain Citrus Rose tea.

Stir in honey.

Pour tea over ice.

Add a slice of fresh orange on rim!
