Yerba Mate: Iced Mocha Mint Maté

A cold, creamy, roasted yerba mate beverage.

(serves 2 - 4)

 

Need:

2 cups hot water

3 Mocha Mint tea bags

or 3 Tbsp loose leaf Mocha Mint

1 heaping tbsp honey

¼ cup cream / milk / soy

4 cups of ice in 1 litre pitcher

 

Preparation:

Steep Mocha Mint maté in hot water for 10 minutes.

Remove tea bags / strain mocha mint tea.

Stir in honey.

Pour tea over ice.

Stir in cream, milk or soy.

Enjoy!
