Yerba Mate: Iced Vanilla Dark Roast

Beyond iced capp.

(serves 2 - 4)

 

Need:

3 Dark Roast maté tea bags

or 3 Tbsp loose leaf Dark Roast mate

2 cups of hot water

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp of vanilla extract

½ cup of cream / milk / soy

4 cups of ice in 1 litre pitcher

 

Preparation:

Steep Dark Roast mate in hot water for 10 - 15 minutes.

Remove tea bags / strain dark roast brew.

Stir in honey and vanilla.

Pour tea over ice.

Stir in cream, milk or soy.

Enjoy!
