Yerba Mate: Green Tea Maté Cooler

A new twist on iced tea!

(serves 2 – 4)

 

Need:

3 Green Tea Ginseng yerba mate tea bags

2 cups hot water

¼ lemon & ¼ lime

2 tbsp honey

4 cups ice in 1 litre pitcher

 

Preparation:

Steep tea bags in hot water 5 - 10 minutes.

Remove tea bags.

Stir in honey.

Squeeze lemon and lime into tea.

Pour tea over ice.

Serve with a slice of lime on rim!
